Welcome back to another edition of “This Week in Casting,” the column that gives you the rundown of who’s attached to the hottest upcoming projects in Hollywood. From big time players to fresh-faced rookies, we’ve got the week in review for you right here. This week, we’ve got casting news about Liam Hemsworth, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Aniston, and many more. Get all the details below!
BIG NAMES
.
Liam Hemsworth, Gary Oldman, and Harrison Ford to star in Paranoia

The movie: Hemsworth stars as a corporate spy tasked with getting secrets from an opposing business, and his life goes from terrible to amazing very quickly. But when he tries to step away from his handlers, things start to go terribly wrong. I assume Ford and Oldman will play the heads of the rival corporations.
Other projects: Ford will star in the sci-fi flick Ender’s Game, Oldman will play the villain in a revenge thriller called Motor City, and Hemsworth will of course reprise his role of Gale in the Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire.
.
Tom Hanks as Walt Disney in Saving Mr. Banks

The movie: The film follows Walt Disney (Hanks) as he tries to convince British author P.L. Travers (Emma Thompson) to sell him the rights to her book Mary Poppins so he can turn it into a movie.
Other projects: He stars in this bizarre-looking movie called Cloud Atlas from the directors of The Matrix alongside Halle Berry, Hugh Grant, and many more high profile actors.
.
Leonardo DiCaprio as the lead in Live By Night

The movie: Set during Prohibition, the movie follows DiCaprio as a charismatic young gangster on the rise during the Roaring 20s.
Other projects: DiCaprio’s a busy dude, and this Christmas, he’ll have both The Great Gatsby and Django Unchained in theaters.
.
Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis as the leads in We’re The Millers

The movie: A pot dealer (Sudeikis) creates a fake family to travel in an RV with him as he transports 1000 pounds of pot across the country. Aniston will play a hooker who poses as his fake wife.
Other projects: Sudeikis stars in the upcoming The Campaign with Will Ferrell, and Aniston appears in Switch, a sort of prequel to Tarantino’s Jackie Brown that’s based on an Elmore Leonard novel.
.
Ryan Merriman as Dixie Walker in the Jackie Robinson biopic 42

The movie: A biopic of the first African-American baseball player, 42 will star Merriman as a teammate who opposes Robinson at first, but eventually comes to support him.
Other projects: He’ll star in the awesome-sounding comedy Attack of the 50-Foot Cheerleader.
.
LESSER KNOWNS
.
Gemma Arterton as one half of The Wright Girls

The movie: Two girls who live together and star on the same TV show secretly hate each other so much that they try to actually kill one another.
Where you might have seen her: Standing around looking pretty in huge blockbusters like Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time or Clash of the Titans.
.
Leven Rambin as Clarisse in Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Sea of Monsters
Getty Images
The movie: The sequel to Percy Jackson will see the son of Poseidon (Logan Lerman) and his friends searching for the mythical Golden Fleece.
Where you might have seen her: As one of the tributes in the smash hit, The Hunger Games.
.
David Henrie in Adam Sandler’s Grown Ups 2
Getty Images
The movie: This sequel to Grown Ups will see Henrie alongside Taylor Lautner as a group of fratboys who square off against Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, Rob Schneider, and Adam Sandler.
Where you might have seen him: On the Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place.
.
Paula Patton as the female lead in action movie 2 Guns
Getty Images
The movie: Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg play two undercover agents who unknowingly investigate each other in this twisty thriller. Patton will play Denzel’s love interest.
Where you might have seen her: Starring opposite Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.
.
Jason Antoon to star in NBC’s Downwardly Mobile
Getty Images
The show: This show reunites Roseanne Barr and former on-screen husband John Goodman, but this time, they’re in a trailer park – excuse me, mobile home park. (Get it? “Downwardly MOBILE”?!) Antoon will play a stay-at-home dad with a wild child.
Where you might have seen him: Recently, he played a teacher on ABC’s No Ordinary Family, and he also appeared in Steven Spielberg’s Minority Report back in 2002.
